The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were even pleasantly surprised to find a note from the night staff, who had taken the time to plan out our train ride for the next leg of our journey. The service here was truly outstanding.

The hotel is located close to the Leica factory and right next to a Museum. It's a perfect location for those visiting the factory and exploring Leica Welt. the rooms are perfect, with separate WC and shower, and the staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. the breakfast is amazing, offering fresh and tasty options. the hotel also has a modern and tidy design.

The hotel is located outside of the city center, so a car is necessary to arrive there.

It was a bit inconvenient to get to and from the city center and there wasn't enough parking available. , the integrated bathroom in the main room was a bit odd and might not be ideal for people traveling with others.
